Shine Complex - Tavern



In the tavern underneath the restaurant “Shine” there is a wine cellar of 100 square meters with an ample collection of the best national and international wines to taste.




The wine list hosts more than 400 labels of wines and liquors from the best years and vintages such as Sassicaia Tenuta (vineyard) S. Guido, Tignanello e Solaia Antinori, Ornellaia, Lupicaia Castello (Castle) del terriccio, Avvoltore Moris farms, Turriga Argiolas, Brunello di Montalcino Banfi and many more.
The tasting of wine in the characteristic wine cellar will be performed by the owner of “Shine”, Massimo Mangani, a professional sommellier A.I.S..
